Dr. Amy Trout

Dr. Trout’s educational background includes receiving her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College in 2001, and obtaining MA degrees in both Theology and Clinical Psychology. She has directed MA programs and taught at the university level for over 20 years. She founded and currently manages Cornerstone Consultants, a mental health organization serving the SWFL population needs with dignity and compassion. She consults to various organizations involved in promoting child welfare, relational connections, leadership development,  and emotional health.

Jaime Simon

Ms. Simon earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania, followed by her Master of Arts in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison New Jersey. Ms. Simon was initially licensed as a Professional Counselor in 2010 by the State of New Jersey, and currently holds clinical counseling licenses in Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Vermont.

Ms. Simon has assisted individuals and families working to overcome severe mental illness, substance abuse, dysfunction within the family system, issues related to military service, anxiety, depression, and burnout. She utilizes therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while incorporating elements of Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, Ms. Simon is an Approved Clinical Supervisor, Mental Health First Aid Facilitator, and Registered Yoga Teacher.
