Meet the Panelists


First Lieutenant Dave Harrow earned a Bachelor of Education from St. John’s University in New York in 2005. After moving to Florida, Lieutenant Harrow continued his education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 from the University of Florida College of Nursing. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Lieutenant Harrow started at Florida Atlantic University. He is currently set to graduate with a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2022.

Lieutenant Harrow has 13 years’ experience in Ocean Rescue and Lifeguarding, 12 years’ experience in Fire Rescue as a Firefighter, Paramedic, and Flight Nurse, and eight years of Nursing experience in Emergency Medicine. Lieutenant Harrow is currently employed by the Palm Beach County Fire rescue as a Flight Nurse on Trauma Hawk. He also serves in the United States Air Force as a First Lieutenant, Captain Select, as a 46F3 Flight Nurse.

Lieutenant Harrow resides in Jupiter, Fl with his wife Kim and their two kids Daxten and Emilia.
